Many ACI Chapters offer scholarships for eligible students both within the U.S., as well as internationally. The information on this page will be updated frequently to reflect new scholarships being offered by ACI Chapters throughout the year. These scholarships are administered entirely by the respective ACI Chapter, and are not affiliated with ACI Foundation Fellowships and Scholarships.

Atlantic Chapter, Canada
The ACI Atlantic Chapter offers scholarships to students attending Atlantic Canada universities and are in graduate study of concrete research or concrete construction. For more information on the scholarship, please contact Donald Burden at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Florida First Coast Chapter
The Florida First Coast Chapter will be awarding a $1000 scholarship to University of North Florida students studying civil engineering and/or construction. For more information, contact Pam Cowden at email@example.com.
Greater Miami Valley Chapter
The Greater Miami Valley ACI Chapter offers scholarships to students in Southwest Ohio and Northern Kentucky who attend the University of Dayton, Cincinnati State University, Ohio College of Applied Sciences, University of Cincinnati (College of Engineering), and Northern Kentucky University. The Houston Chapter of ACI has established the Dr. Shondeep Sarkar Memorial Scholarship at Texas A&M University in honor of
its past president. The endowed scholarship will provide individual scholarships of $1,250 each to two full-time students (junior or senior) in civil engineering who have demonstrated an interest in cement and concrete technology. The Illinois Chapter is pleased to offer two scholarship awards.
To promote the development of future members of the concrete industry, the ACI Illinois Chapter has established the ACI-Illinois Chapter Scholarship Award. The annual Scholarship Award provides financial assistance for undergraduate-level students pursuing course work in an engineering program related to the concrete industry. The $2,500 scholarship is awarded in May of each year.
Additionally, the chapter has a Special Memorial Scholarship in honor of Steven H. Gebler, P.E., FACI, in the amount of $5,000. Please visit www.aciillinois.com for more information and applications.

The Maryland Chapter of the American Concrete Institute (MD Chapter ACI) has approved a scholarship in the amount of $2,000 to be granted to a Maryland college or university student in 2015. The scholarship will be awarded to an individual pursuing a degree in civil or structural engineering, construction management, or architecture. Applicants must be U.S. citizens in their sophomore, junior, senior, or graduate years, and shall have demonstrated promise in their studies. Applicants must submit a scholarship application no later than April 15, 2015. Click here for application.

New Mexico Chapter
The New Mexico ACI Chapter has scholarships for students attending the University of New Mexico and New Mexico State University. Quebec and Eastern Ontario Chapter, Canada

West Michigan Chapter
The ACI West Michigan Chapter Scholarship is presented annually to a student pursuing a course of study directly related to the construction industry at a college or university within the state of Michigan. This award will consist of a one-time grant of $1000 to a student entering his or her junior or senior year. For more information, please visit: http://www.aciwmc.org/scholarship.htm.
In an effort to promote the development of future members of the concrete industry, particularly in Wisconsin, the ACI Wisconsin Chapter offers the ACI Wisconsin Chapter Scholarship Award. The annual Scholarship Award will provide financial assistance for undergraduate-level students pursuing coursework in the field of concrete and exemplifying positive characteristics of a future member of the concrete construction industry. Funding for the Scholarship Award is provided through the ACI Wisconsin Chapter. Any student who has completed at least 2 years of study toward their bachelor's degree may apply for the Scholarship Award. To receive consideration for the Award, the student must currently be residing within the state of Wisconsin during the school semester and enrolled at an accredited university in Wisconsin.
